Find the best stocks and options. Wheel for income
optiontoolkit is built for a single strategy run over and over, so every screen belongs to a stage of the wheel: find the trade, plan the calendar, hold the position, thread the cycle, review the income, and keep yourself honest with rules.

Screener
The Best Practice Wheel Screen narrows 1,500 optionable US stocks to names with strong fundamentals, real growth and solid technical signals, and pairs each with the best contract for a cash-secured put entry. Every score is a range filter, so the screen ends up yours rather than ours.
- Fundamental, growth, technical and option scores out of ten, with RSI beside them
- Six presets: Best Practice Wheel Screen, Best Options, Strong Growth, Strong Fundamentals, Strong Momentum, High Premium
- Stock filters for RSI, market cap, distance from the 200-day and beta
- Option filters for DTE, delta, annualized yield, open interest, OTM, IV, IV/RV, chain volume, spread and earnings timing
- Save any combination as your default, or reset back in one click
- Log trade straight from the row, or star it onto the watchlist
Best Practice Screen for stocks with strong fundamentals, nice growth and solid technical signals, together with its best option for cash-secured put entry to the wheel.

Watchlist calendar
Positions do not fail one at a time, they fail in clusters on the same expiry. The watchlist lays symbols against expiry weeks so crowding and earnings collisions show up as a shape rather than a spreadsheet lookup.
- Weekly expiry columns with a warning count on the crowded ones
- Every planned and open put drawn on its expiry week
- Earnings markers per symbol, positioned by date
- Add or drop a symbol without touching your positions

Positions with next best action
Every open leg carries advice on next best action in plain words - on plan, approaching the strike, or 19 DTE and time to check - along with the numbers that advice came from.
- Cushion, capture, premium as a percentage of strike, annualized return, capital tied up
- A capture bar per leg, so the mid of bid-ask price is visible at a glance
- Close, Roll and Edit next to the advice, not three screens away
- Multi-currency, with the home-currency figure underneath

Wheels, threaded end to end
A wheel is one story per symbol. Puts, assignment, shares and covered calls sit on a single timeline where assignment marks the transition and freezes the entry cost basis.
- Premium collected, realized P/L, true cost basis per share, days at risk, annualized ROC, shares held
- Every leg with strike, price per share, expiry and fees
- Split a leg where a partial fill or partial assignment happened
- Status tags: CSP, Closed, ClosedProfit, and whether it came from IBKR live or manual entry

Performance against the market
Realized P/L by month, a cumulative equity curve, and your portfolio plotted against SPY with both drawdowns shown. Premium selling trades upside for smoothness, and this is where you see the trade you actually made.
- Income by month, bucketed by wheel close date, last 12 months
- Equity curve of cumulative realized P/L - trajectory, not just totals
- 30D, 90D, YTD, 1Y and ALL windows, simple or CAGR
- Portfolio return, SPY return, difference, and both max drawdowns
- A journal entry per trade, written from the synced fill

System
Rules and sync, running underneath all of it
Your rules, checked continuously
Set a minimum cash reserve and a maximum concentration per symbol. Positions shows both against the limit - 31% reserve against a 50% rule, 11.0% in GOOG against a 5% rule - so a breach is a number on the screen rather than a discovery.
IBKR sync, with honest staleness
Fills and positions come in automatically. When a feed has not updated, the mark is labelled stale and its age is shown, instead of quietly presenting an old price as a current one.
Manual entry that keeps up
Any leg can be entered, edited, split or deleted by hand, and manual legs thread into the same wheel timeline as synced ones.
